There is an en-suite shower and toilet but there is a step up into the shower so it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. It has a small adjoining with a single bed. The laundry with an extra toilet is off the second bedroom. There is also a private outdoor area which has access to a barbecue. Located only four kilometres from Armidale and the University. Also midway between Sydney and Brisbane and the start of 'Waterfall Way' and New England National Park.
